Would like to confirm shelf life.** A: The individual boxes of toasts do not have any printed expiration date. I note that the toasts are sealed in cellophane packets (6 toasts) that are quite tight. I've ordered this product several times and have never encountered any that seemed stale or have shown any degradation. I note that these are thoroughly toasted and have an extremely low moisture content, and are thus likely to have a very extended shelf life. Indeed, I tend to order a dozen boxes at a time and the last boxes from each order (I do ensure to rotate my stock to use the oldest first) retain the same flavor and freshness as the first boxes consumed (as much as 3 to 4 months after the first box in an order). That said, I doubt that they would "last forever" but among the various products of this nature that I've used, these are very stable and last a long time. So far, I have not had a "bad" toast.
