Battery burned out and burned the side of my head
DO NOT BUY.I bought these for lap swimming at the gym pool (I go 3-4x times a week for less than an hour, which is the only thing I used these headphones for).It says they are meant for swimming....battery started having issues after about 2 months, reducing the charge life to about an hour. Then last week (4 months after purchasing). The headphones died completely mid swim workout. Left them on whilevi finished my laps then suddenly felt a burning hit sensation on the side of my head....burned my head and melted my swim cap. DO NOT BUY these.. absolute garbage and extremely unsafe.

Good product, weird comments
I had the benefit of testing the product in person with a friend’s set. The music quality is obviously going to be different, there’s no noise cancellation so you will hear ambient noise. This is more for having background music. In an office it’s best, music is clearest and you can hear people around you. In a loud restaurant you may not hear the music or it will be very light.I love it for office work.

FALSE ADVERTISING: not for swimming.
Simply does not work under water. Also- only has a very limited range for the Bluetooth. Crap product.

Magnetic charger- this thing is not afraid of water
Works well. Is loud enough for me. Has good sound. It's comfortable to wear. And has a magnetic charger so it is not afraid of water. I charge it more often than I should and it has not complained or failed. It seems to be able to last over a day with normal use (i.e. not being a telemarketer or playing music all day long on it, it has plenty of juice the next morning). I occasionally wear it when I'm alone to listen to music or when I'm expecting an important call. It has not failed me. It has been very reliable. The magnetic charger is magnetic so you can't put it on wrong, the magnetic field rejects one direction and grabs the other. The open ear allows me to hear what is going on around me. It comes with different blocking style ear plugs. If needed, they can be attached simply enough.I'm happy with it and would consider buying it for gifts.

Ehhhh
Let me start by saying the company and the customer service was amazing. That being said I have to be brutally honest of the product itself. These are by far very inferior product for any audio quality. They sound bad on land and even worse during swimming. They are made from some very brittle plastic that just feels and sounds inexpensive. The function and buttons were very bad too.I would not recommend these for anyone wanting to swim or listen to music. They have a lot of storage and it is very easy to save music to them.Again the representative for the company was extremely responsive and without hesitation said rey them and send back if needed.

Always on and draining battery, even when off.
These worked great for a month but by month two I started having battery issues. It had been used a handful of times. I can completely charge up the unit and then when it sit off (no lights on and the voice says “power off”) but after sleeping for 6 hours with it sitting on the desk off, it will drain its own battery. If I try to use it within 30 minutes, it says battery dead and then takes three hours to charge.Last night I did a test where I completely charged it up and then let it sit off on the desk for about six hours while I slept. I got up in the morning and put it back on the charger; it’s now been charging for over an hour even though I didn’t use it all night long and since yesterdays charge. It won’t hold a charge anymore, and it’s just a couple of months old. I’ve taken screenshots that says it has a two year warranty, but Amazon is refusing to honour that by making it impossible to contact the seller. If you look at the reviews, they’ve responded saying it’s their fault because they ship the item to other people complaining of the same issue, but that’s not resolving anything. How do I collect the two year warranty and get this item fixed of Amazon is preventing me from contacting the seller? It’s becoming impossible to get anything taken care of on Amazon, while everything is now made to break immediately. These have only been used a handful of times are expensive.

Husband Loves them!
Purchased when I found them on sale. Would purchase again at full price. Quality of sound is good. He is a big and tall guy and they fit great! Connect easily to his iPhone and iPad. Good quality and last don’t have to be charged every day.

Battery issues
I waited over 3 months to do a review to see how this did. I swim everyday for a hour. It is very easy to put songs on this mp3 as that is what I use it for since Wi Fi is difficult where I swim. The songs do not have to be mp3, anything from a CD can be added and I have not come close to maxing the space and I have A LOT of songs on there. In the time I have used it I have never heard the same song twice. In the beginning I could wait a week before charging. Now If I don't charge every other day (2 hours) it goes dead. Other than this issue I like it. If you use the included ear plugs noise cancelling is good but the have fallen out even with a cap on and goggles. Previously I tried a mp3 player that attached to the strap of goggles and the ear buds kept falling out. This one with bone conduction is better that that.
