We purchased this in July and it didn’t survive even a year. On the second trip it came in broken. This is not a cheap suitcase so we did expect it to be durable. Cheap plastic is not worth the money spent. Think twice before you purchase it. UPDATE: the seller contacted us to address the issue. I really appreciate a great customer service experience, support and effort to fix the problem. We received a new luggage peace instead of the broken one quickly. My son really loved his Spider-Man suitcase and we decided to give another try to this brand instead of taking a refund. It looks great and we hope that it will last for a while. We are ready for another adventure. I have changed my rating to five stars for the company’s effort, willingness to help and for a great customer service and prompt shipping. The product does look good but I will update on wear later.
