After looking at the toy in the box I'm very pleased with it. The detail is superb. I had only the pictures, discription and other reviews to go by from Amazon.com. So very happy it came in a box with an extra cardboard sleeve for protection. This will make for easy wrapping. Any other Schleich toys I've seen in stores don't have any packaging available. I've never seen the dragons and griffins anywhere else in person. The color on the pictures is a little off, he's more of a reddish color on top and orange on the bottom. The dragon's face is really detailed, and the knight the rides him is really neat too.
