Purchased this to mount in the garage using an eye hook lag bolt into the ceiling, and a weighted heavy bag anchor bag for the floor. I’ve been using this bag daily for several months now, and the bladder is still perfectly intact and hasn’t deflated or popped since. I typically like to keep the bag less than fully deflated so that it takes on more of a tear drop shape - plus it keeps it from being too “bouncy” when striking it. The outer material has held up very well too! The leather isn’t cracking or fading, and the none of the stitching is coming apart. The model I have says made in Pakistan. The quality of this bag is excellent. The rubber straps it comes with are okay, but I’d suggest using thin rope or another type of bungee - attached to a swivel at each end to allow the bag to spin freely when moving. Overall, this is a great value double end bag from a reputable boxing equipment company. This is by far my favorite boxing tool for working on punch rhythm & fluidity and hand- eye coordination. If you glance the bag on the outside with a wide/heavy punch, the bungee can sling into your arm and break blood vessels, leaving pretty nasty looking marks on the skin. Not bruises or burns, but like long hickeys. The pain is minimal in comparison to how the marks appear. They are non-serious. This bag is excellent for exercise and training. They dry out after a few months. The bladders are fairly cheap. I called them and ordered 6 just to have. Nothing lasts forever, so it's best to have them on hand when needed. Especially if you beat the bag up.
