Sometimes I put it in my coffee or on the rare occasion I have juice, but it works just great with water, and you can't even tell that the water has the powder in it. I use it daily because I'm on a GLP-1 treatment plan and it helps me be more regular, which can be a problem with the slower digestion that occurs with GLP-1. I've also found it easy to take with me when I travel. I measure out the daily dosage and put it in an empty prescription medication bottle, and the caps are secure enough that it doesn't leak out, and I don't have to take the whole bottle with me. I simply take as many pill bottles as the days that I'll be gone, and I pour it into whatever I'm having to drink with my breakfast. A: I've taken it for years. It's EXACTLY the same as Miralax. Exactly. Ask your doctor or pharmacist. It's a very simple, inert chemical. There's no "medicine" in Miralax. It's a simple compound that absorbs and holds water in your system. It's the only product truly safe for long term use. So it's the favorite for people on pain killers or other meds that can constipate. Best Use? Add to hot coffee or tea each morning. Dissolves immediately and has no taste or film.

This product works just as good as MiraLax (the name brand) for a lot less money! The powder dissolves quickly and completely, there is no leftover powder at the bottom of the glass and it doesn't taste gritty. In fact, I usually mix it with water and I can't taste it at all! Sometimes I put it in my coffee or on the rare occasion I have juice, but it works just great with water, and you can't even tell that the water has the powder in it.
