After receiving this, following the manual, and downloading their app, I was unable to connect. After searching for how to reset the fan, I found a video that had the process for resetting the fan burried among how to reset other devices. Nowhere in the product details, the included instructions, or the video, do they mention you need to purchase another USB devicd in order to connect. It took days for me to finally learn this, after submitting a support ticket, and speaking to two different agents.
