This three piece putty knife set worked well and was a great alternative to my metal putty knife. Unlike the metal one, I found these do not leave scratch marks on the wall when applying spackle. Easier to use and less area that required painting afterwards.

Since these are plastic, rust isn’t an issue at all, which is a big plus for messy or wet jobs. I actually use these to clean out my chicken coop, and they’ve held up really well. They’re flexible enough to scrape up debris without breaking, but still sturdy enough to get the job done. They also rinse off easily, which is important when you’re dealing with… less-than-glamorous cleanup. What I liked: No rusting at all (plastic material) Easy to clean and reuse Flexible but still durable Good for scraping and general cleanup Things to keep in mind: Not as rigid as metal scrapers Best for lighter scraping vs heavy-duty jobs Overall, they’re a simple, low-maintenance option that works really well for dirty cleanup tasks where you don’t want to worry about rust or corrosion.
