Review: Packaging problem? - The plates themselves are good, I wanted to comment on how they were stored or packed or shipped; I ordered the 8 x 10 & 5 x 7 together and they were pressed together in such a way that the small one created a permanent indentation in the larger one. Not good. I don’t have enough experience to be able to tell if it’s affecting its performance, but they require care and they’re not cheap. Not sure at which stage the problem was caused, and so I’m not sure if it can be remedied at such a high volume company (desertcart). Gel printing itself is so much fun (but has a learning curve for sure)
