**Q: How do you get the hot therapy as this only shows how to use cold by freezing packs?**
A: The ice/heat packs can be easily removed. For the heating therapy I put them in the microwave.

**Q: Will this work for icing both the back and right side of my left knee simultaneously?**
A: Yes you can use this it basically will wrap ice around the entire knee.  I have this one because it runs a little bit small and I use it right below the knee around the calf.  I use a different one to go around my knee because my knee is a little bit larger due to multiple surgeries and what I'm trying to recover from.  so this one runs a little bit on the smaller side it's probably more designed for a woman but a small to average size man could use it very effectively as well.  I've used it on my knee in the pinch but I prefer the one that's a little bit larger.

**Q: Says it fits up to 21" knee circumference. Would this fit me if Just above my knee, I guess would be considered lower portion of my thigh is 21"?**
A: All I can say is that above my knee is just under 20", fits fine.

This is the best knee icing system for the price point that I have tried. I have congenital chondromalacia patellae. My knees have been "bad" since I was a child. Multiple knee surgeries and injuries have left me with a lot of swelling from normal activities, and my knees creak so loudly that my family can hear me coming. I require regular icing, and I need something that can stay secured if I am moving around. This product provides that. The fasteners are strong, and the four-point attachment allows for easy adjustments for comfort. There are three removable ice packs, two vertical to run on either side of the patella, and one horizontal to wrap around the sides and back on the knee. This does impede movement—walking up stairs or bending the leg to tuck in under a table can be awkward. Regular walking is easy enough. Bought for my husband post TKR. He absolutely loves it! Noted that some reviews suggest ice packs are sometimes difficult to insert or remove. We simply put entire brace in freezer. He says cooling is immediate, both in front and in back of knee, very easy to put on and cools for a long time. I'm so happy to have found this!
