We installed this CarPlay just over a month ago, and it's been great! At first, my husband wasn't sure how to install it, but the seller provided excellent assistance throughout the process. The media could not be loaded. Purchased as Xmas gift for my teen sons 2004 Lexus RX330. We took it to 2 car shops to have it installed and no one could figure it out. Customer service handwalked us through the ENTIRE installation and my 16 y/old son installed it in about 30 minutes through text messages with the customer service rep to get a/c, heat and audio all working on the unit and steering wheel.Literally the BEST customer service I’ve ever encountered. My son LOVES it and feels like his vehicle is more modern.Such a great product - if you have any doubts on if you should buy it - don’t. Just BUY IT!!!

The media could not be loaded. The unit functions great! the feedback is fast and a lot of the steering buttons can be customized to whatever you want. It has carplay and the android software can connect to hotspot and play Netflix and Youtube.The install was complicated but if you email customer support they are VERY quick at responding. Definitely happy with this purchase.

Bought for my 2009 RX350 works great wireless Apple CarPlay. Screen is fast and responsive the instructions were not very clear and I had to email back and forth for a while to get everything figured out. But now everything works just fine would buy again.
