I was looking for a calcium boost without too much calcium. Too much calcium is damaging to the brain, and I eat Skyr yogurts 2 or 3 days a week. (Too much iron also damages the brain, as does use of nsaids.). By damage, the main damage that concerns me is harming my memory.This is the only calcium boost I found that is safe for the brain.

I open these capsules to dissolve in food for the opossums I rehab. The opossums do not seem to notice it nor care.

Some companies claim their calcium is “better absorbed” are mistaking absorption for dissolution. But these are two very different things. Dissolving in your is stomach acid dissolving the calcium salt when first ingested. Absorption is your intestines taking up the calcium after dissolution and then putting it into your bloodstream. This supplement doesn't really clearly indidcate which is happening here, so I can only give it three stars.

I appreciate that Zazzee's formula includes BioPerine, a natural extract shown to increase the absorption of other ingredients. This ensures I'm getting the most out of the 500mg of D-Glucarate per capsule. The added benefit of Broccoli 10:1 Extract feels like a double whammy for supporting healthy detoxification processes. Broccoli is a natural source of D-Glucarate, so this addition feels potent yet natural. The capsules are vegan and free of common allergens, which is important to me. They're also very easy to swallow.

I have no clue if this is normal but this made my urine a dark orange/ red… please let me know if this is normal?

Overall: Recommended! Impressed by the simple straightforward presentation and ingredients nothing objectionable in the capsule. Follows Good manufacturing practice (GMP) which is nice. Cheers!
