The more the better. **Q: what are internal dimensions?** A: 12 63/64 x 20 43/64 x 21 1/16" **Q: How many pizza pans will this hold?** A: Not to be a wise guy but I'm not sure I have ever seen a pizza pan. It will hold up to 7 hotel size cookie sheets, if thats any help. **Q: can you stack these on top of each other?** A: They are flat topped so yes.
