I have been using a micro needle roller for a bit but was looking to incorporate a new face roller because rolling is one of the best things you can do for your face, in terms of beauty AND health. It’s great for activating lymphatic drainage and detoxing. Anyways, I thought I would try this jade roller since it’s a fraction of the price of some of the other ones.The first thing I noticed was how heavy and cool it was, and the nice quality of the roller. Using it was easy because they include very thorough instructions. Basically, put some serum or moisturizer on before rolling. Start from the base of your neck and roll horizontally, vertically, and diagonally in each direction. Then work your way up towards your face. Seriously, make sure to read the insert because that’s where the directions are and it’s pretty specific.Anyways, after rolling my face, I felt super refreshed. I’m hoping it will reduce the pores on my nose and improve circulation (which it feels like it’s already doing) and prevent fine lines. I’m definitely hooked. This is a new part of my daily skincare regiment!
