Mattress okayish *by K***E on 24 September 2016* Beds nice.. Good headboard but the mattress has no springs! Ok now... For those who are confused about the wheels... Get a round headed screwdriver and push it through the wheel hole.. Spin the screwdriver in and out and around a few times and THEN push in the wheels with a bit of force, works perfectly! and for those confused about the headboard: if you can't find the hole behind the material look at my pics attached.. The holes for it are inbetween the staples.. Just Get a screwdriver and bore a hole in and twist, then attach the headboard legs & screw in the screws.Also, Delivery came 4 days after purchase even though the estimate delivery was 2 weeks away. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ very comfortable even for a 14 stone adult *by C***O on 14 November 2015* Lovely bed...very comfortable even for a 14 stone adult. Would recommend ### ⭐⭐⭐ Great Bed but a Few Issues *by N***I on 6 February 2019* The bed itself is really good and the customer service I received from the company was also pretty good. However, my one criticism comes from the fact that you have to put this bed together and it comes with zero instructions on how to do so, in particular the plastic clips for joining the base of the bed together. However, as I did not want to damage my warranty or the base of the bed, I had to go on YouTube to find out how to join the clips to the base of the bed and it worked. I could try and explain it here but this review would be even longer. Its not hard and quite easy once you know how.
