I have various medical conditions, which are too boring to go into, but it resulted in me developing a leg ulcer. I was advised by my GPs practice nurses to wear them all day and only take them off at night. I am a 55 year old man so if your situation is different and, if your not sure i can only advise you to seek medical advice. Ps they seem to have worked on my ulcer. It was hard enough getting them onto the bracket.
