**Q: does this work in batter for frying?**
A: I use it for cakes and cakes alike, but why not fry with the extra ingredients.

**Q: Can it be used successfully in Quiche**
A: Not really. It's a white powder but the final product mixed with water doesn't resemble eggs at all. I think the lads behind the BOSH brand use gram flour in their recipes so maybe check out recipes for egg substitutes using gram flour. That is more yellow in colour and the final cooked product is a bit more like egg.

**Q: 3 packs are a lot. Can you tell me the expire date?**
A: Hi I brought this a couple of months ago & the use by date is August 2021 so they have loads of date on them x

Ideal for vegans. I use Organ Egg Replacer for all my baking - and the results are perfect! I use it to bind my veggie burgers, making sponges, biscuits, brownies and anything else that would normally use egg in baking and I have never been disappointed with the results. It is especially good when, say, half an egg is required - because there is no waste. Highly recommended.

So far so good (which is good as 3 boxes will last a while!!). I’m only using it because I’ve HAD to go egg free. I made a classic Victoria sponge (which I bake A LOT) and possibly need to refine the cooking a little as it looked pretty good but was quite crunchy on the outside and underbaked on the inside. Tasted different but ok, more puddingy than usual. Texture was better on day 2! Bit of a faff but all in all, not a bad replacer (and means I get to eat cake!!)
