Keep a drink handy. 3 biscuits in each package gives you something to share, if you want. I often eat 2 and save the 3rd one for later in the day. Not too hard. Easy to bite.

For those of us who have to stay gluten free, these cookies are some of the best I have found! Sweet, but not too sweet, as some GF cookies are, these are the perfect snack. I have used them when traveling for my breakfast, and I also have them at home for my 'dessert' after a meal. I first found them at Whole Foods, so I'm glad I can get them on Amazon and I don't have to make a 100 mile trip to the 'big store' to get them!
