I've been taking vitamins for "hair, skin & nails" but I had no idea that the "hydrating" shampoo and conditioner I used for several months was the problem. The products aren't actually unscented as some are labeled, but I found that the scent is tolerable and wears off quickly. And it didn't make me sneeze or itch or give me a stuffy nose. It may sound crazy, but my hair improved with the very first use. I also did a deep conditioning mask. A real scientist would try out new products one at a time, but my hair was such a mess that I didn't want to wait.
