The stitching is strong and overall it is well made. The drawstring bag it comes in is nice, also well made. I really like that there is a poster folded in the bag showing 43 positions to use the strap.My only disappointment is that there was that there was no eBook.In the advertising and description it stated very clearly that there was a free eBook and when you get your strap there is a card of thanks stating that you go to the website address on the card to get your free eBook...., which is not there. The website states it doesn't recognise the request.As with all people I did feel conned at first because I received no answer to my messages on here and to the website at first.Then I did get a response from a lady, who I think owns the website.She was lovely in her email and sent me the link to download the eBook. Apparently the cards have yet to be updated and they're doing updates on the website.I do recommend this product and joining the site also as very good tips etc.Advise that if your link to the eBook is the old one, contact the website and they will get back to you with the new link.Packaging as usual was fit for purpose and delivered well within time. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five Stars *by K***R on 27 August 2018* Excellent ### ⭐⭐⭐ Nice yoga aid, unfortunate defect but read before writing off the item *by P***J on 22 March 2021* Really nice product, unfortunately there was a stitching fault straight out of the packaging. Didn't try out because it felt like the entire seam would come away with use. Apart from that, the item is of a good quality, comes with a simple carry case and a pretty high quality A5 (?) book for positions in which to use the it.Although I can't give more than 3 stars due to the item having a fault, I believe this would be down to a rare manufacturing fault, so unless you're also seeing a lot of reviews with this similar complaint, I would still recommend trying if you're looking for a yoga aid. I have actually had a couple of products from Limber Stretch years ago (the waist storage pockets) which were really well made and great for their purpose. My order was fulfilled by Amazon so the process to request return and refund will hopefully be simple.
