I reached out to Amazon about this matter and they said there nothing that can be done . Why not when I paid 5 ,000 for this sofa and I now have to purchase another one they are robbing us the consumers. Shame on you Amazon for not helping me with this matter and allowing vendors to sell poor inferior products to us . Shame on you . This is unacceptable.
