Well, they are right, but the awesome smell when I put 3 pieces in my simmering water for coffee is amazing. The flavor is the best I have tasted. When I drink my coffee with the cinnamon water, the smell makes my coffee the best ever. I put 3 pieces in a large pot of water, maybe about 1/2 gallon. I just put a lid on the pot and use and use the water for the next 3 days.
