I was skeptical of the quality but it's well made and the iPad fits nice and snug. It surely won't fall out. I can see how this may have wear and tear sooner than later. But it just depends on how much you thrash around your tablet. My kid is pretty gentle so I see this working for us. I would recommend this to another.
