I've never been a fan of exercise videos, but i heard about David Kirsch and decided to give his videos a try. Not for the faint hearted, you have to be quite fit and very determined to complete this video, although it is only around 45 minutes. If you find this bootcamp too hard, then I can really recommend the One on One training series (both DVDs)as they are much easier and composed of 3 sections, giving a more focused workout. Also, David guides you very clearly through the exercises. I do these 2 DVDs regularly and you can really feel the difference. The fluid and holistic way that he combines cardio with toning makes this a challenging workout. Also, it is not overly long so I can fit it in around looking after my twins. I'm fairly fit and go running often as well as workout to Tae-Bo. However, a couple of hours after doing this workout, my legs were aching! I would recommend this DVD to those who are fairly fit, coordinated and want to be dripping with sweat after working out at home. It's quite tough, and the small parts I don't particualarly like doing, I modify them to something simpler. I personally don't see changes in my body. But I was very pleased when a male friend noticed that my shape was looking so much better. He asked me what exercise I was doing.
