Then I hesitated to use them for exercises. I only use them for light stretching during work. They don’t seem to last for that long. **Q: Adding up the resistance of all the bands in the kit, I come up with 131 lbs. How do you get 262 lbs?** A: lets just take one band to start with, the blue band is 13 pound but that is on one handle so when you using two handle you are doing 26 pounds, so you have to double amount when you using two handles , so that is how 131 pounds become 262 lbs , you did not ask but i will tell you bodylastic band are great , i have been using this set for over a year an it does not shown any wear **Q: How long are the bands - handle to handle?** A: There is a lot of different hardware you can attach to the bands so it varies. The actually rubber part of the band from clip to clip is approximately 45inches. I measured the 5lb and 3lb bands, but I'm pretty sure they are all the same length. I hope this helps :) **Q: can these be attached to a wall** A: They can be attached to a wall with an eye bolt or something similar. I actually utilize door anchors inserted in the hinge side of the door or the top jamb of the door.
