Configuration was fairly easy with a well-written instruction manual - very rare these days. Image and video quality is excellent. Annke mobile app software also user friendly. This DVR was a replacement for a much older unit that finally gave out on me after 10+ years. Hoping the Annke lasts as long. So far, I'm very impressed.

I'm super impressed with this 16-channel DVR. It was so easy to switch from Night Owl and Samsung to this Annke 16-channel 1080p. I was concerned that i have to buy new cameras in order for the AI recognition to work, but to my surprise my mixed digital, wireless and analogold cameras worked with this system. The app loaded really fast, and I can monitor my home from anywhere in the world.
