Description: Bountiful Bees' Winter Feed is an emergency feed for colonies in late winter. These cakes have a low protein content that will not stimulate brood rearing, but will provide the necessary carbohydrates to keep the colony from starving. Directions: Open hives when outside temperatures are above 40 degrees Fahrenheit and place cakes directly on the top bars just above the cluster. close hives as quickly as possible once cakes are applied. Contains: All natural, food grade ingredients consisting of sucrose, water, Bountiful Bees' Brood Booster Plus Feeding Stimulant, and wintergreen essential oil.
