I love these stainless steel cutting boards! I hate cutting meat on plastic cutting boards due to the knife marks - I worry about the cleanliness of the grooves. I had purchased another stainless steel cutting board but it had a plastic border and I didn't like that as meat/other food products can get stuck there.
