The door lock is trivially easy to defeat with a screwdriver, but that doesn't matter to me since I don't need the lock. I was surprised at how much stuff I could fit in the freezer. It's like a mini TARDIS! It's an excellent product, but I've only awarded 4 stars because, in common with many other reviewers, my freezer turned up damaged due to inadequate packaging.
