This metallization gives a very good quality of gold leaf, i.e. 999/1000 pure 24 carats over the entire surface. Which corresponds in jewelry and jewelry to "GOLD plated". These leaves are not as fragile as pure natural gold and are therefore easier to handle - ideal for beginners. The gold layer is much thinner than the backing and should not be rubbed and needs to be varnished to protect this layer of 24K gold. Suitable for general use, crafts, arts, framing, furniture renovations, interior design projects, crafts, decorative items, furniture, antique, photo frame. You can use gold foil on wood, stone, concrete, glass, metal and flat surfaces … Handmade Gold leaves are of the highest fragility because given their finesse the slightest breath of air can damage them. It is difficult to handle them with your bare hands because the natural fat of the fingers will tear them off, so you will have to resort to tools such as the gilding cushion, the gilding palette. Use with sim gold leaf glue on all surfaces. Paint with sim gold leaf clear varnish. An ideal tool to restore or create works. These gold leaves that we offer will also allow you to make beautiful works or to give a shine to your objects a little dull. Product information: Thickness: 1 - 2 microns.
