There is no password! First make sure you have the right app on your phone. I had installed the li (blue) version. The right one is the WiFi (orange). Don't go into the Bluetooth menu like you would to enter a password. If it is listed get your phone to forget it. When you open the app it should prompt you to choose WiFi or Bluetooth. If there is no prompt tap the upper right corner, looks like settings and it should ask help or WiFi/BLE tap that and then BLE. Your phone should see it (and perhaps other signals) and be able to connect with it that way NOT through the Bluetooth menu on your phone. The unit should flash green while connecting as well. Good luck I hope this helps. I was online with someone in China and it took a while but I was successful.
