A: I am confused by these pillows. I have been using them for a few years (I replace every year), but the last one I have is very plump, so much so that the pillowcases don't fit on them. I have pillow protector over the pillow and then the pillow case. In the past this wasn't a problem, now both the pillow protector and the Oxford pillow case are 'tight' to say the least!

A: No I wouldn't buy it, it's not worth the money, and the quality isn't that good. I would go to TK MAX and look at their pillows as you can pick up a good quality expensive pillow at a good price.

**Q: Can I have this pillow dry cleaned?**
A: They can be machine washed at 40c, not sure about dry cleaning.

I've been using these pillows (well only need one) for a couple of months now and I can't 100% decide if I love them or not. They do provide great support, I love the box shape and will always look for that kind of pillow now, I've been getting a really good nights sleep with them no neck or shoulder pain the only thing is they're not at all comfortable you know? Yet they work really well and give a good nights sleep... maybe comfort is overrated? I do miss putting my head down on something soft but sleep is most important!
