Amazingly I found it, pushed it back on, and now it won't turn. Eventually freed it up, though I could hear it rubbing badly. It is small and slow, just like I wanted for my 3 year old. She was so excited when she saw it move, she took everything out of the kiddie pool to drive it. She was equally disappointing when I told her it needed to charge for a few minutes. In that maiden voyage, the boat took on water, and now will not come out or charge mode. If the manufacturer wants to send me another one, I'll try adding extra glue to every seam and screw, and see if it lasts longer than 10 minutes.
