The foobs fit perfectly (D's) and were very easy to replace what was in there already. I bought mastectomy bras from a specific company which are extremely pricey and rode up on my chest. This bra style is comfortable, adjustable straps, stays in place, supports my prosthetics and will be my "go to". It is also very feminine which is important for Aesthetic Flat women who want to wear their prosthetics. It is made of soft, quality fabric and has secure pockets for light padding. The lace and trim of the bra is very soft, pretty, and feminine. The opening to the pockets is very small. If you plan to use a larger prosthesis, that is not flexible or foldable, it will not fit.This product is definitely not going to be comfortable for plus size people or those who have a large cup size. Even in larger sizes it would provide very little support or hold, and it has narrow wings, band, and straps. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Comfortable, with some minor issues *by on Reviewed in the United States October 4, 2024* Sooooo.....same problems as with other pocket bras for silicone breast forms: the forms shift around as you move and you end up lopsided or with a unibreast in the center of your chest. Like others, I fixed the issue by placing some safety pins in key locations (check out the picture), plus some on the outside, making the usable part of the pocket smaller and adjusted to the actual size and shape of the breast form. All that said, this bra is comfortable and fits my chest and shoulders well (I'm trans). The underband has a tendency to roll up or fold under with wear, but it doesn't really cause any issues....for me. The straps are wide and don't cut into my shoulders, and it comes with a little extension piece for the underband which clips onto the normal hook closure, via more hooks.
