It unfortunately is neither! Comfy, yes, supportive, not so much, compressive, not at all. I'm a 38G and got the xxl, it fits, with room to spare, but the straps are too long to hold me up. The fabric is very soft cotton, if I wanted a lounge bra this would work, but not at that price. The additional over support piece did little to help.
