If you are in the path of truly wanting to walk your faith and prove your love of Christ, this book will get you there. It is direct and to the point. Every sentence is pointed without fluff. Mother Theresa explains what prayer, love, humility and charity means how how to achieve living and practice Christ teachings.I would read one sentence or paragraph and stop to mediate upon it to truly grasp its full message and meaning. Prayer requires silence of mind and heart to hear God because He speaks in silence. It takes tremendous amount of discipline to be silent and the only time I am able to quiet my mind and heart is during adoration. How you pray requires humility and love to be worthy of God. You can't FAKE with God. There is no shortcut. He asks us to strive for perfection and perfection isn't easy nor quick. It takes discipline and persistence. The path to holiness and sainthood which all of us are called to be is life long exercise. None of us, not even Mother Theresa are perfect or be able to achieve it excluding Virgin Mother which is humbling. O Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee.
