Review: BEST knee protection out there! - I have tried everything, all the expensive brands, and nothing beats the support I get from these. I recommend them to anyone with any kind of knee problem, anyone that works out and anyone that spend any time ant all on their knees, in the garden etc. I went from pain after a few air squats to being able to squat heavy and get through any kind of workout with squats, lunges, thrusters, snatches to squatcleans without any problems. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I have tried everything, all the expensive brands, and nothing beats the support I get from these. I recommend them to anyone with any kind of knee problem, anyone that works out and anyone that spend any time ant all on their knees, in the garden etc. I went from pain after a few air squats to being able to squat heavy and get through any kind of workout with squats, lunges, thrusters, snatches to squatcleans without any problems. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I bought these to wear on my arms to hopefully help with some elbow pain I have after weight lifting. They are high quality and seem like they will last forever. They do their job well - my elbows get warmed up fast. At first, they were not very comfortable and left a blood blister where they had pinched my arm on inside of the elbow. Now that I have worn them 7 or 8 times, they have gotten much better. Keep the seem facing out. If its on the inside of your elbow like the instructions show, it rubs a lot. I got the small (for legs) since I thought it would be a good size for my arms, but they are smaller than I expected. I cant get them on far enough without using baby powder and even then its difficult. For reference, my arms are 16.5" flexed before working out. Make sure you put them on before you get the blood going in your arms or start sweating, otherwise you will never get them on. If these ever wear out, I'd probably buy them again. But I might go with a ligher version that would be more comfortable. These are kinda overkill for general lifting and more suited for powerlifters.
