The top hem is small and simple I would like to have had a prettier edge as I like to fold the sheet over the blanket, but this is not worth paying a higher price so that is not the negative. When unpacked the sheets felt very rough and had an unpleasant smell. I washed the sheets and did an extra rinse. This solved both problems. The write up of the product states that the fit matrasses up to 14 inches deep. This is not true. My mattress is 11 inches deep and the fitted sheet just barely fits. If your mattress is any deeper than 11 inches don’t buy this product.
