Review: Best machine I've ever used. - I needed a better machine than the one I'd had for 40 years. A better machine than the one I bought 2 years ago that broke before a year was up. This machine. Janome 4130QDC was one I chose after researching for months. When I got it and first started using it I had no idea of all the amazing things it did. First off, no matter how long the seam or stitching, using a decorative stitch stays consistent the entire time. That's more than I could say about my previous machine. Second this machine handles thicker fabric very well. But there's more I discovered months after using. Like the stop/start button. I haven't used the foot pedal in months! I'm not even sure where it is... Then there's the lock stitch. At first I hated it. 5 up/down in the same spot before I could start sewing. Back stitch was faster. But. The lock stitch is less bulky and really does work well. I've gotten used to it. The automatic thread cutter. Wow. It's efficient and actually saves thread. I don't know what I'd do with a machine that doesn't have this feature. There's more but I've written too much. All in all this has been the best machine I've ever used. If I ever get another sewing machine it will be a Janome. Review: awesome machine - Love this machine. so many features. i make quilts, so it will be used a lot. can't believe how quiet it is. i watch tv and my old machine how gotten so loud, that the tv sound was very high. I do like that I bought from an all women business. ## Features - Janome - Janome 4120QDC-G Computerized Quilting and Sewing Machine with Bonus Quilt Kit - SEWING_MACHINE ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0BZ62XHDC | | Brand | Janome | | Brand Name | Janome | | Color | Purple (New Model) | | Colour | Purple (New Model) | | Customer Reviews | 4.5 out of 5 stars 57 Reviews | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00732212466069 | | Is Electric | Yes | | Item Dimensions D x W x H | 17.5D x 38.1W x 21.3H centimeters | | Item Weight | 14.3 Pounds | | Item weight | 14.3 Pounds | | Manufacturer | Janome | | Material | Metal | | Model Number | 4120QDC-G (New) | | Number of Items | 1 | | Part Number | 0014120QDC-G | | Power Source | Corded Electric | | Power source | Corded Electric | | Product dimensions | 17.5D x 38.1W x 21.3H centimeters | | UPC | 732212466069 | | Unit Count | 1.0 Count | | Warranty Description | 25 year limited warranty mechanical parts, 2 year limited warranty electrical parts, 1 year limited labor. | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Janome - **Colour:** Purple (New Model) - **Item weight:** 6.49 kg - **Material:** Metal - **Power source:** Corded Electric ## Images ![Janome 4120QDC-G Computerized Quilting and Sewing Machine with Bonus Quilt Kit - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61AZU+jM2tL.jpg) ![Janome 4120QDC-G Computerized Quilting and Sewing Machine with Bonus Quilt Kit - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61U5EBfs9hL.jpg) ![Janome 4120QDC-G Computerized Quilting and Sewing Machine with Bonus Quilt Kit - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61TePtnsgsL.jpg) ![Janome 4120QDC-G Computerized Quilting and Sewing Machine with Bonus Quilt Kit - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61Po6KDj6FL.jpg) ![Janome 4120QDC-G Computerized Quilting and Sewing Machine with Bonus Quilt Kit - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71xGsYQT0WL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best machine I've ever used. *by D***O on 23 August 2026* I needed a better machine than the one I'd had for 40 years.
