## Questions & Answers

**Q: How exactly do you release tension from the rope? Is is like a retractable air hose or do you need to angle the rope? Specific application needed.**
A: There's a lever in the ratchet you press with your thumb that releases the rope as long as you are holding it (the lever): it allows you to pull out as much rope as you need to get the rope as long as you need.

**Q: Does this have a steel or plastic wheel**
A: the wheel is metal, i don't think steel.

**Q: Does it hoist items up automatically?**
A: No. you have to pull on rope. It's more of a tie down. You could hoist an item. But if it's a 50lb item; your lifting the full 50lbs

**Q: Are there two hooks on each one or do you have to tie one end to something?**
A: There is a hook on each end.
