Nothing wrong with the product but I have say it was in a box which was hardly taped closed and left on my doorstep in the rain. The basket itself was inside the box unwrapped without any additional packing material so therefore it was free to move about inside the cardboard box. I can understand from an environmental perspective that you may not want to use excess packing but this box contained none. I have had plastic office files delivered from amazon with enough packing material around them that could be used for several other items. Amazon should ensure that their suppliers pack their goods appropriately. Simply taking a customers money is not enough, quality of service extends from a quality product with sufficient packing in order to prevent damage whilst in transit and should be delivered safely. The item arrived a day before the specified delivery time slot when I was not at home.
