## Description

At the heart of the machine are two (2) small butchers' steels, the same hardness, temper and cut as a professional steel. The steels are pre-set at the optimum edge angle and are spring loaded so as not to damage the knife. The steels revolve under tension and do not wear away the blade. To sharpen your knives, just run the blade between the steels four or five times as if you are slicing a loaf of bread, using enough pressure to engage the steels. Taylor's Eye Witness products are made using the finest combination of materials, design and manufacturing skills. They are so confident of this sharpener's performance, that they guarantee it - for life. They will repair or replace free of charge any item that proves defective under normal conditions of use.
