AC-OK HVAC Cleaning Kit For the safe cleaning of your home AC or Heat Pump system. This kit contains the cleaners necessary for one annual clean - both the indoor unit and the outdoor unit. Also included is an air fresher for the indoor unit and a condensate drain cleaner and disinfectant. Please follow all of instructions carefully. This kit contains the following: AC-OK Indoor Evaporator Cleaner & Disinfectant - concentrate AC-OK Outdoor Condenser Cleaner - concentrate AC-OK Indoor Evaporator Cleaner & Disinfectant - applicator bottle AC-OK Outdoor Condenser Cleaner - applicator bottle AC-OK Drain Tabs AC-OK Gel Discs Some general notes: The metal fins of the air conditioning coils are very delicate and easily damaged. They should not be brushed, scrubbed or cleaned with a pressure washer. The pressure provided by a hand sprayer combined with the effect of the cleaning chemical should be enough the clean the coils. Where heavier, more stubborn contamination is encountered a heavier duty chemical cleaner may be needed - not more forceful mechanical cleaning - which will result in damage to the delicate fins. In this situation - a professional air conditioning servicing company may be needed. Please note: Any cleaning of the fins is a good thing. Dirt coating will act like a blanket and rapidly reduce the heat exchange capacity of the coil. This is true for both the indoor coil and the outdoor coil. Indoors, dirt build up can also result in a smelly AC system. This smell will be exasperated if the condensate tray, the drip tray that collects the “run off” from the coil is also dirty - slime and mould can grow here!

Full kit to be able to maintain your AC with ease. Could have much clearer instructions however on the gel discs as dont know where these are supposed to go.
