After a few years of heavy lifting, my hands were getting some gnarly calluses.Regular files were not cutting it as almost all are flat - all but useless. The SandBar is such an elegant solution. Curved to shape the hand perfectly. It allows you to hit the calluses in your fingers as well. The aggressive grit is just perfect.It comes with a cleaner for the tool and it has a great storage tube as well.It was recommended that I follow it up with a hand moisturizer with a high percentage of urea (I picked some up with 40% concentration) and my hands are actually soft again with no scratchy spots from calluses.I still have the callus to protect the hand, but I can run my hand down my wife’s leg without her jumping back like I nicked her with a hangnail.I never thought I could say I have smooth, soft hands!
