Review: Dr recommended - Great supportive ankle brace. No tendons left in ankle. Supports very well.
Review: Customer service SUCKS! - This item is CHEAPLY made. The strap around the ankle does not hold up, the Velcro does not hold up and lasts about 1 week. When you try to get someone with their customer service they do not respond, you cannot understand what they do say on the phone because they are foreign. They transfer you from phone to phone causing you to stay on the phone for long periods of time and then they hang up and the phone goes dead. Come on folks...help your customer out.... Their customer service just SUCKS and the brace in question must of been made by a drunk blind monkey that was also using crack on Friday nights...terrible... But...the box looked nice!!!!

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Does this product help with foot drop?**
A: Yes I had a stroke left me without control of my ankle it’s great and I have more mobility then the 2.000.00 I got from doctors

**Q: Xtra Large size???..don't see as option..but listed in size chart?**
A: Sorry. I'm not certain about size but that would be the size I bought. I tried to use the thing pretty hard a couple of times but never made it work. It was just too cumbersome in the shoe and certainly not comfortable. I should have sent if back but git busy and messed around too long. It's good as new and when I pass my kids willingly toss it (I hope.) if you’d like to gave it, is send it to ya!

**Q: does it fit in a cowboy boot?**
A: It would really depend on the boot.

**Q: would this brace get in normal shoes**
A: I only wear this brace with my running and lifting shoes (so I don’t know how other shoes work), and it takes maybe 4 extra seconds to fit it in. It fits in at a different angle, but once inside the shoe it sits comfortably.
