Fits well and easy to fill with either chilled water or hot (not boiling water) Also fits your elbow, knee, ankle etc. Well made and good quality. A must for the medical aids . ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hilph Reysable neck ice pack wrap *by S***C on 7 March 2024* So the description states this is a:- Hilph Neck ice pack wrap for injuries. Reusable ice pack bag filled ice cube for instant cold therapy. Portable no-leak elastic breathable ice bag for neck swelling, office pressure. Even tho this is called an ice pack / bag, you can actually use it for cold or hot therapy. *** For COLD therapy:- * Turn the lid counter-clockwise. * Fill the ice bag two-thirds full with either cold water & ice cube, ice water, crushed ice, ice cubes * Turn the lid clockwise until it is secured. * Turn the ice bag upside down and firmly press on the bottom to test for leakage. * Apply an ice bag for 20 to 30 minutes (maximum) at a time. *** For HOT therapy:- * Turn the lid counter-clockwise. * Pour in two-thirds warm water ~ do not exceed 65°c /149°f * Turn the cap clockwise until it is secured. * Tumn ice bag upside down and firmly press on the bottom to test for leakage. * Apply to desired area for 15-20 minutes. It's like the old fashioned ice bag where you fill it with hot or cold unlike most today where they use a gel type stuff. This is an all in one ice pack with a built in neck strap to keep in place where needed. Not just for the neck The price at the time of this review is £11.99 So far so good But I will update this review if needed. *** Detail's:- * Brand:- Hilph * Age range:- Adult * Colour:- Blue * Number of items:- 1 * Material:- Polyester * Special feature:- Flexible Reusable Leak Proof Lightweight --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pt/products/608510621-hilph-neck-refillable-ice-bag-1h-long-lasting-neck-ice](https://www.desertcart.pt/products/608510621-hilph-neck-refillable-ice-bag-1h-long-lasting-neck-ice) --- *Product available on Desertcart Portugal* *Store origin: PT* *Last updated: 2026-10-21*
