Product Description          Helen’s Scone Mix makes light and delicious scones, ready to bake in 2 minutes. Just add egg, milk and oil. For a twist, add half a grated apple or a fist of sultanas to the dough and sprinkle with soft brown sugar before baking.             Ingredients          Rice Flour, Corn Flour, Potato Flour, Flaxseed Flour, Sugar, Raising Agents: (Sodium Bicarbonate, Disodium Diphosphate), Sea Salt, Stabiliser: Xanthan Gum.

                 Directions          Add 1 beaten egg, 1oz (28g) melted butter or vegetable oil, 200ml buttermilk (or whole milk or soya milk). Preheat your oven to 200ºC / 400ºF / Gas mark 6. Whisk egg lightly in a large mixing bowl. Add melted butter and milk or buttermilk. Add Helen's Brilliant Scone Mix and stir with a spoon until smooth & thickened. Spoon dessertspoonfuls of dough onto a greased or lined non stick baking tray. Bake for 12-15 minutes until light & golden. Tip: For a special touch add half a grated apple or a fist of sultanas to the dough & sprinkle with soft brown sugar before baking.
