Instructions were a bit confusing but managed to put it together fine. My setup is a pair of VKB Gladiators on a Secretlabs titan evo You will need to buy a pair of locking screws (search for "M6 x 16mm Handle Adjustable Clamping Lever") for the swivel functionality to really work. This allows you to lock/unlock the joystick positions without an allen key.
