I used my Instant Pot, and the water to rice ratio was off for sure for this altitude. I did the presoak, and used the rice setting. I left it a long time for a natural release, but the result was gooey and overcooked. It was okay when it soaked up the plentiful vegetable stir fry sauce we ate it with. Next try will be with less water and in my rice cooker, which doesn't have a brown rice setting. If that works well, we are in business. I was surprised at how tiny the grains were, almost like Tamanishiki rice.
