Review: Damaged straw - The straw inside the bottle was damaged, as if one part was missing. Because of this, water did not flow through it at all, even when an adult tried to use it. The bottle was unusable. However, I received a refund. I only ordered one expecting her to either hate it or just take a while to catch on. Literally after the 3rd use, she's got it down. A little messy but can drink an entire cup of milk on her own.
